| With reference to earlier announcement dated July 30, 2009 regarding recommendation of Dividend, Bhushan Steel Ltd has now informed BSE that in earlier announcement Dividend on Equity Shares inadvertently mentioned @ Rs 2.00 per share, instead of Rs 2.50 per share recommended by the Board for the Year ended March 31, 2009.
Dividend on Equity Share is recommended @ Rs 2.50 per share for the year ended March 31, 2009.
